  1. I love the other video similar to,this one too. To enhance this workout, I wear a sweat belt, 1 pound wrist weights. If you have knee problems, keep knees a little bent and I suggest to use a resistance stretch loop band around thigh to keep your legs grounded. The loop band actually help with knees and keeps legs stabled. Also, a great mat helps a lot. I ordered an anti fatigue mat for my kitchen, but I use it for Burpie girls workouts. It’s the perfect length and width for all of her workouts. . Keeps the pressure off the knees. If you don’t have an anti-fatigue mat, double up your yogi mat. This exercise works wonders. I did this workout and her other one like this for 25 days. I see a huge difference in my stomach. Great workout! Thanks burpie girl for your wonderful workouts!
