  2. 5:06 "it does make sense to supplement with a multi-vitamin for no real downside". So, I believe I read in my Pharmacy Tech book that there is actually a condition from taking too much of a multi-vitamin. I tried to find it, but couldn't, but I distinctly remember seeing a picture of some yellow buildup of something I think around the fingernails. It's probably a specific vitamin that is the cause of this. Anyway, yes – there can be a "real downside" to too much. Even vitamin A is well known to be the most lethal vitamin (easiest to overdose on) – and that's a vitamin! Supposed to be healthy!

  4. Watching these videos makes me realize it’s all genetics or anabolics. I eat 10X healthier than he does and don’t get these results. I would kill to be able to eat this unhealthy. Candy, wheat thins, shredded cheese, hash brown potatoes?

  5. I needed to see those hash browns 😂 I'm 2 months in to body recomp and SICK of chicken. For a month I had chicken and rice and for another month I had chicken on protein wraps with salad and I'm so tired of chicken. I can't afford steak or lean beef every day so I have been having chicken about 6 days a week.

Lmao needs to “de thaw” a little bit, seems he still has a bit of Newfie left in him lol usually we say unthaw but de thaw would be the same, which is funny when you think about it bcuz thawing would be the opposite of freezing like letting something thaw out or come to room temp so technically saying de thaw or unthaw means your freezing it lol its kinda backwards but something I always heard growing up around family from Newfoundland

  7. I wish this was helpful for me but I'm trying to go for lose fat and gain muscle at the same time and trying to go for pecks and six pack and I'm at 260 for weight and I think 36% fat
