Will shock treatment or acupuncture eliminate that muscle guarding effect
to kind of make the muscle nerves chill out?
I feel the frustration.
Drop the video for worlds 😢
Bart, what do you think of the Chinese QBZ191 ??
Give it 100% and don’t look back💯🔥🔥🔥
Stack ribs over hips, breathe into the belt and imagine pushing that air down towards the tailbone as you descend. You will feel more stable with the load.
Good luck man crush it 💪
Noooooooooooo!!!!!
Hey Bart try hip airplanes. I feel like you've done a lot of back work try some hip mobility work. I had an issue where i tweaked a similar spot and doing some hip airplanes helped me see what state my body was in. My adductors were tight af (most likely not the same for you but id say hey if we going in regardless why not try)
Thank you to all those that have helped Bart on this journey towards achieving another goal. And thank you to Bart for sharing your journey with us. Stay strong, you've got this. 💪💪

You Got this ✌🏾🙀🎧🫶🏽🤓
Go Get it Bart
i had what i think was a herniated disc all throughout my 20s and now im early 30s and feeling good enough to get back into lifting. watching you go through all this, though unfortunate, is very real and interesting to me to see how u train and compete and fall back in love with lifting at a different age…Good luck sir.
If I’ve learned anything as a master’s athlete, it’s this: when I feel really good, I still have to hold back. Getting injured now takes SO LONG to recover from, and re-injury is so easy. Patience is the key. (Hard to deal with on a meet deadline, but just remember this for the future!)
Will you retry this series next year after fully recovering?
good luck bart ! cheering for you
