  1. Is there any way to avoid stomach muscle cramps while doing ab workout? I tend too have muscles cramp and spasm really bad. Or is there a more modified ab workout that you recommend. I'm a senior citizen trying to get in better physical condition.

  2. i have skipped most of the plank skiers and the climbers, i always have had problems with my shoulders and when doing these exercises they HURT like hell, if anyone got any tips or suggestions please leave them down below. Thanks 🙏
