  1. Because of constant using of black cumin oil i bacame a vid d3 deficient. That cause a insulin resistance to me, that I found out by chance because I was tested for insulin resistance and found out that I was vitamin d3 deficient. After that I took vitamin d3 cholecalciferol for a week – and the insulin resistance disappeared. amazing!!! Vit d3 is absolutely essential

  2. Blood test for Vit D only gives us the levels in the bloodstream and not what's in the Cell. You need to take Vit D with Vit K2 so it can get absorbed in the body. If on blood thinner don't take Vit K2.

  4. I had my vitamin D tested yesterday and it was 3 which is apparently severely deficient,I was a little surprised as I work in Western Australia and work in construction so I’d assume I get ample sunlight, admittedly I do cover up as I’ve had skin cancer in the past,I’m confused now as thought I should stay out, think I’ll try and get more sun light for a small amount daily and I’m going to take the d3 supplement which the doctor has recommended ,I’ve heard k2 is meant to be good also 😇

  5. Great wisdom shared thank you. But, You never mentioned how much sun exposure should be adequate to reach optimal levels? And if one does not supplement with synthetics, where does one get K2 from?

  6. So, wait, you’re telling me that insurance companies know this stuff, which kinda suggests drs know it too. But, all these pills are the answer with their side effects…. Which they give you more pills for…. Seems legit, no concerns are needed here…

  7. A vitamin D lamp seems to be the best way to get you levels up and maintain your vitamin d levels unless your in the zone where you would get plenty sun exposure ? please do a podcast on these lamps

  8. I recently bought a Vitamin D test from Amazon. Only cost £6. I was surprised to find that I was deficient in Vitamin D. So i ordered some D3+K2 supplements.
Within a few hours of taking my first tablet I noticed a lift in my mood.
I live in the UK so I guess its not surprising that I am deficient, especially after the Winter we have had.

  9. You don’t say how much is too much. Some people advocate mega doses for MS but then others says it’s toxic and could harm you. I don’t know how much to take for my MS.

  10. For someone who doesnt push products, i hate seeing a commercial for things every 5 minutes. I like the content but im going to start leaving thunbs down. Its too much. Even Youtube itself doesnt have that many ads, and google is an ad company.

  11. My husband is Alaskan native and I’ve been watching what’s been happening to the natives up here related to depression, suicides, and health issues that they never used to get.. the native people used to eat a lot of sea mammals and other mammals, specifically the fat of those animals. They received vitamin D3 that was stored in the animals fat!! Now with all the “enriched” foods and an encroachment of the SAD diet on a daily basis, the rise of suicides and many other issues, including violence, diabetes, and other health issues have been occurring. I’ve been telling them to stick to their true native foods as much as possible!

  12. I SOARED through the c19 BS with a d3 of 106 and zinc. Living and playing in florida sunlight isn't enough. My ribeyes aren't enough. But supplementing 10-15k iu per day got me right through all that garbage, UNTOUCHED.

  13. Hi Gary! I was recently hospitalized and the only thing the Dr.s could find was I had seriously low vitamin D3,I was in the lowest 3% the Dr.s had ever encountered and had severe swelling on my brain stem. After a transfer to another hospital, I was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder called Bickerstaff brain stem encephalitis. There is no known cause but I'm told it shouldn't ever happen again. I am recovering and having seizure like episodes. Your information here is the most information I've had on my vitamin deficiency and inflammation. Thank you!
