  1. As a guy who is as short as you, this is the main reason why I find your channel and knowledge so inspiring. I desire to become as wide as I am tall – naturally. Thank you for the inspiration – always. I'm a huge fan.

  2. from someone who suffered from numerous EDs, i became a mom of two, and in my attempt to better myself in a healthy way for my kids, i found yours and stephanie’s accounts. being from kelowna myself and being fuelled by your science based content, i found such a scientific love for working out. sadly after being struck by a car i stopped working out. i could t. my i juries were too much. i fell into a depression, fell back into my EDs, and lost myself. i never thought i could get back to where i was, or where i ever wanted to be. working out? while working, being a mom, ptsd, and now an injury, to my hip, detached tendons. i omitted the easiest thing. i quit on myself. i closed the door even though the door wasn’t shut and locked for me, it was ajar with hope. i slammed it shut. this video came out 3 years after my accident. one year later, i’m rewatching it. crying at your story, but with tears of hope and happiness that you never gave up on yourself. so here i am watching your story again. this time i am a different me, stronger than i was before my accident. healthier in my mind, my body and my soul. my injury is still there, but with proper guidance and a lot of mind and muscle, i know my injury will no longer define me. it’s a part of my story, but its not the end of it.
