  1. I'm on day 2 about to get this workout in after I drop my son of at school. I also been mixing in the bedtime routine at the end of the day. I started that before the 30 day challenge but I'm already waking up feeling great a little sore but you know what they say no pain no gain. Appreciate you Bully Juice.
