Two weeks shred challenge from August 2020
— Day 1 (21.10.2024): I like this one! Used my resistance band, went well. I mean, I didn't do all the exercises like super fast but in good form. Little problems with my balance during dead lifts but apart from that?
using blankets as a yoga mat is so humbling
