    Also you forgot straight finger strength like pushups on fingers

    Also I saw a rock climber do 20 sets of finger strengthening exercises at 40% intensity (basically just enough to feel it) every day for 10 minutes (10 second hold, 20 second rest) to increase cns utility (since a lot of strength is in the tendons that isnt utilized especially for fingers where its mostly tendons in your hands compared to muscles)

    Also Ive learned a lot about flexibility from you and I really appreciate your content

  3. I started training my grip in middle school because I was into climbing but also because I didn't want any bully to be able to take whatever I'm holding and sure enough after a couple of months some annoying kid tried and tried and failed to beat my grip to the point he was impressed 😂

  4. When I was a teen I used to be a field athlete.. I used to do discus throws. I don't know if that has to do with anything with now and early 20s, my wrists will feel pain like pulling pain if I picked up a heavy item like holding that piano or the weights..

    For the record I’m talking about my homies butt cause I don’t have a girlfriend and I’m pretty sure I would get arrested for sexual assault if I grip a random girls butt.

  6. So one time I sent my friend an audio of me opening and closinf my door because it's making noise and I wanted to annoy him. I kept opening and closing that door for 10 minutes, does that count for anything?
