We slaughter beef every year, and tag out everyone in the family with deer, we gut, hang and bleed out, skin, quarter, butcher, mate our own hamburger that will make your young slap your brains out, we pretty y much make it grow everything eat. We have a milk cow and a antique creamer separator, have fresh milk , butter, and other fairly products. We have a old natural gas well on our farm that runs everything we have and a lot of outlr families for free. We have 2 windmills that will run most things in the house with the dry cell batteries and a control panel which was the the biggest expense. We have a water wheel generator also that trickles electricity into the grid but is not as strong as the homemade windmills but every little helps. We have at least enough garden canned food for 10 years. We eat fresh until it's time to can. Then during the fall and winter we eat the earlier dates and replace with what we had canned that year. You can tell absolutely no different though. I grew up way back in the woods and ate, or caught a lot of what we ate. The rest came from the garden. I have 15 honey bee hives and a building I built just the put the stainless steel honey separating machinery in it. I hunt motel mushrooms amongst others. I know what I can eat and can eat where I live ifvim in the woods. I can set multiple small animal traps with just a few little things and catch supper. I am also not to toot my own horn some smoke that make csli stuff look like cigarettes. This is over a hundreds big years of more of doing what farmers do. Taking the best and letting them germinate.
