  1. How is everyone going with the program? I hope you're still in it! It's only day 4! LET'S SMASH THIS WORKOUT! This workout is best to do before any of my workouts in this program! Great to do in the morning and also during your rest days to get your steps in!

  2. Just tried this workout I thought it was simple as it' s low intensity and lo, I was panting on the mid part and sweating a lot after. Don't under estimate the power of low intensity workouts. 😉

  3. I’ve been doing this workout consistently for 8 months and it’s awesome. I was 165 pounds when I started and now I am 135 pounds. Consistency and diet are key!
