  1. Another good tip is not to put your whole hand flat on the ground for the pushup, especially if you have wrist pain. You want to emphasize the outer area of your hand on the floor, from your middle finger to your pinky. Putting more pressure on your index finger and thumb can add pressure to your wrist, so keeping that area more loose or off of the ground can help quite a bit in your push ups. Just something I've experimented with, researched, and looked at other videos on.

  2. If i do push ups like this my right elbow pops. Once it pops, it doesn't stop. It causes an inflamed and irritated feeling in the tendon/joint and keeps popping when doing exercises. I have to wait for that to subside (sometimes a week) before i can comfortably do weights again. So i have to place my arms wider to avoid that initial pop.

  3. Jeff can you give me your opinion on how many months it gonna take for me to build my chest I have been doing it for years but not daily and I don't have lower chest muscles how can I build it i tried the routine which use wide, incline, decline and narrow push up last month but I don't see any lower chest improvements

  4. Do fist push-ups, why, as a man, would you use your palms when you could harden your fists in the same motion as well as get more range of motion since fists elevate you more than palms.
