  3. DAY 102/12. (3rd time on the challenge) What a transformation it has been. Not only have I lost weight. going from 78.6 kgs at start to 69.4 kg as of today, but I can see considerable amounts of cuts in the chest shoulder and back,visible abs and tummy tuck, better breathing, stonger legs and more stamina. I love it. its become an addiction. I only supplement this with 20-30 mins of yoga/stretching

  5. My only challenge was trying to hear the countdown cuz I'm not always staring at the phone while doing the exercise.. Maybe something to think about, not sure how you balance it with the background music but yea.
