Hey guys just wanna let yall know it actually works and the 30 day challenges are even better i have been doing bully juice workouts since june and i used to be 153 pounds now im 142.6!!! So yeah lost exactly 10.4 pounds
does any one know what city this is in the background of the video? and just did this video at night after eating my dinner and going to do a 5 minute bedtime workout before i get some rest tonight and i also do a thumbs up back in his videos too as well XD

day 12 saw leg workout and got scared hahaha
I didn't take rest breaks and it made the workout more intense but still doable. Mostly because there are no lunge jumps😂

DAY 102/12. (3rd time on the challenge) What a transformation it has been. Not only have I lost weight. going from 78.6 kgs at start to 69.4 kg as of today, but I can see considerable amounts of cuts in the chest shoulder and back,visible abs and tummy tuck, better breathing, stonger legs and more stamina. I love it. its become an addiction. I only supplement this with 20-30 mins of yoga/stretching

Day 8 on the 60 day challenge. This was pretty easy… I have a feeling the 20 minute HIIT is going to kick my ass. See you on the other side!

Day 4 part 1 ✅! I am loving this challenge so far!
My only challenge was trying to hear the countdown cuz I'm not always staring at the phone while doing the exercise.. Maybe something to think about, not sure how you balance it with the background music but yea.
I noticed the Dallas skyline in the background. Very nice, I thought these were all filmed in California.
