  1. it's 11pm and my head hurts, i could've done today's workout the whole day but I procrastinated. still, I did half of today's workout. Yes, it still counts. As long as you do something, it counts! don't give up and do whatever you can whenever you can

  2. Day 18 of '24 summer shred. Wasnt sure i'd noticed much improvement until today. Actually managed to lift my butt off the floor in the reverse plank lmao (v shaky and i dropped after about 5 secs but defs improvement!)

  3. Wow I remember the arm raises upwards an downwards used to hurt so bad that I had to take breaks in between bfore. But today after 2 programs later, I can't feel anything 😮😮😮
