I mean, he is right. I was most desirable of a family. Not to say I wasn’t going to work on my career, children do not stay little forever. There is nothing wrong with wanting to get married and start a family. One time I told another lady I want to keep my hair long because guys like it and she looked at me like I fell off the crazy tree. She had very short hair and we all said it looked nice on her. We are different and make different choices. Actually, I liked long hair because my mom had always had it cut short all my childhood.

I don’t know who this person is, she seems a tad caustic but I think the people were annoyed with that man’s speech because it wasn’t really appropriate timing. Everyone was celebrating their scholastic accomplishments and probably looking forward to implementing them not just having studied for years to put that diploma in a cupboard and get pregnant immediately. It's quite telling every time someone brings up that Harrison Butker's mother is a renowned physicist with lots of accolades in her field, but never once do they say she was happy. They think it's some kind of gotcha, but only ever talk about what she did for work and what she paid for; when what Butker was talking about was happiness and fulfillment. It's almost like he was the child of a woman who had this illustrious career and is married to a woman who has made being a homemaker her career, and he sees his wife happier than he saw his mother. He is literally speaking from having experience with both types of women.

The looney left consistently fail to realise that other people may have different views and values to them. In response to apparent breaches of their ‘correct’ ideologies, they consistently use unfounded claims mixed with some wildly inappropriate emotion to attempt to argue their, usually, pathetically poor counter arguments. Their ‘inclusive’ agenda usually ends up attacking reasonable, balanced people who have the perfectly legitimate right to present their views without the unbalanced vitriol they receive in response. It appears that inclusiveness does not extend to people who disagree with their ill-conceived ideas.
