The fact that a series of cognitive exams was never given to this demented person is an act of treason on the part of congress. This man couldn't pass the salt, let alone pass a cognitive exam. I've given many of those cognitive exams by the NIH to those suspected of dementia or moderate to sever cognitive deficits. As a neurology nurse for more than thirty years I know decrepitude when I see it.
