  1. Makes total sense. There’s some guys pretty ripped on one meal days. If there was a 25 gram cap for protein per meal, no way would anyone be able to survive on one meal days. The more food and protein per meal, the longer it’s going to take to digest. Now for optimal muscle growth, frequent meals will be better, but getting enough protein at any point in the day should get you a majority of the way there.

  2. There is a massive problem with this study. Why did he use only young men to test this? I guarantee that the same result would not occur in people over 65 or even 50. How about people who are overweight? How about women?

This study has people believing that they can get the same muscle protein synthesis if they eat 100 grams of protein in one meal, which is clearly absurd.

  3. Maybe the YT algorithms are too aggressive feeding me these protein videos. But I'm starting to think protein for these YT influencers are like pizza vidoes for food tubers, they bring the clicks. There's nothing new here folks, move along, move along.

  4. I have been having 100 grams of protein, OMAD for years, with cycling on and off fasting. Lifestyle and work hours forced this way of eating, and it works for me. I never knew of extra benefits, and always thought I would stop this way of eating, but here I am still doing it, and getting results. I never talk about it to everyone, because not everyone thinks like us on here. We are still in a misinformation infested society. Somethings turn out for the best. Quality of protein matters, and as with everything being healthy is a expensive trip still.

  5. This speaker sounds hella dumb honestly.

I found him questionable when his "findings" were very different from the man who literally spent his entire career studying protein.

And now he's saying all proteins have 100 digestibility.

    Stfu lol

  6. You should do studies on higher amounts of protein consumption under things like OMAD. Assuming western standard meal times is an irrational bias for optimal human reaults. Humans certainly have not shared a 3x daily meal schedule across history.

  7. This is ridiculous how you’re scared to say that vegan ideology is garbage and leads to weakness, disease and earlier death. Strap on a pair and say what data shows no matter if veggie fanatics like it or not…
