  1. Amazing workout! Can you give a few tips on what to eat to get those abs as well? (For vegetarian diet too)
    I can feel my abs but they are covered with a layer of fat! How to shred this extra fat?

  2. Thank you Zuzka! This was very very hard. I could only do a few of the star crunches and the side kick plank with the left leg kick was sooo hard to do. But I made it through. Yesterday, I was able to wear my size 4 pants all day, pretty comfortable. For the past more than a few months I was not able to zip them up and they immediately started cutting off the circulation in my thighs. . . we've made progress! see you tomorrow! have a wonderful day 😀
