As a gripster and armwrestling guy I'd say this is too one sided, building up wrist curls for reps up to atleast 80+ lbs dbs will get you bigger forearms without a shadow of a doubt.
Calisthenics holds improve your GRIP STRENGTH and HOLD ENDURANCE, not your muscle size, and it's actually really easy to grow your forearms doing wrist curls ("forearm curls") and reverse wrist curls.
Reverse curls and hammer curls are the best and only excercises you need to have massive arms, these excercises shown in the clip would definitely help you have that strong grip but, muscles?? Not so much, if you wanna build muscles quickly you gotta isolate it, thats why reverse curls are my fav

All i do is forearm curls and towel hammer curls and my forearms are 15 inches. Calisthenics is cope. Muscles were meant to carry things.
