  1. I’m so happy with my body when it doesn’t want to over eat.. that feeling to stop is a fine line but must be respected. If you push it. Ext time you eat more and more and more

  2. Staying consistent is the hardest part. Eat cleaner/less. Weight training Mon, Wed, Fri split to hit every muscle group. HIIT Tues, Thurs with weighted jump rope mixed w/ body weight excercises. On the weekend simply live life and look to mix in active things like walking outside, hike, yardwork, kayak, get yourself outdoors if the weather permits.

  3. I teach;
    1. Walk 10k steps daily
    2. Weight train 3-4x per week
    3. Eat nutrient dense whole food, high protein intake. Tracking calorie needs/goals.
    4. Sleep
    5. Always consistent.

    Easy

  4. I fail to understand how this video has only 30K views at this stage whereas the sick and silly P. Diddy news attract millions. This man is truly sharing a blueprint for good health for free. God bless you, brother.

    I am 40 years old now with a background in soccer, then wrestling, and lifting. After marriage, I was 30 kilos overweight. After the divorce, I was back to my ideal with explicitly visible abs. Shortly after dating and all, I bounced back to 30 kilo overweight again – exactly back to the same darkness. I have lost 24 kilos again, and I am approaching my ideal weight – 5 more to go only.

    You see these crazy numbers??? He was perfectly explaining the reasons. Listen to this man. He knows his deal.

    Thank you again, brother. One thing you said in the video summarised my entire roller-coaster journey: 'I' made bad choices and 'I' won't hereon.

    The bottomline is: choose peace with your body over pleasure. God gifted us with this beautiful system. We shall protect it to thank back.

  5. Get an ab wheel with elbow rest support and do that and planks; Do it for 2 weeks and your fat will melt off; Do sprints as fat cannot live on the body; and do clean presses;

  6. i've learned it doesn't happen overnight since i've started your channel. However, it's these types of videos that continue to push me. 💪🏼

  7. Here's a question. In 2020, I was 47 yrs old at 320 Ibs. Lost 170 Ibs by 2023. I achieved this cause I'm able to workout 3/4 hours a day, four+ days out of the week (I am retired). However, after doing this schedule for almost four years. I took a break, after achieving many goals, then one day. Almost out of nowhere, I get hit with a massive arthritis pain in both hands, fingers and wrist along with arthritis in my ankles. So bad, that I can't even close my fist. Can't hold dumbells or any other workout equipment without my fingers feeling like they're broken. So, now at 51, how can I get "jacked again" while suffering from arthritis. Any tips on foods or workouts. Thanks.

  8. That's bullshit that the only choices are being obese or super jacked.. Mist people are in between You can easily control weight with diet but not necessarily be in shape.

  9. I remember bodybuilders in the 80's and 90's saying aerobic exercise should sit alongside weight lifting.I do 30 mins of cross training for stamina 2.5 kilometres

  10. If you are overweight I would suggest cycling. It really helps reduce weight if done right and avoids stressing the joints. Do this and as well as weight training and you will be on your way.

  11. I''m 52 now and this video is just what I wanted. I am average or below average 167 cms and 77kg now. I have been 97 kg at age 40 and worked my way up – err down to 68 by running alone in 2 years. Then I started martial arts and earned Taekwondo black belt in 4 years where I reduced steady state running, gained explosiveness but also added a bit of weight to mid 70 kg. Over the last 5 years I have been around 75 to 82 back and forth. I have built a bit more muscle in the last 2 years which is what I like but I want to get back to being low 70s and yet increase muscle mass and look jacked up like @Paul. He is just what I want to look like. I like everything I have seen on Paul's channel. Hope I take something on from this video and follow on Paul's footsteps/
