Isn’t infinity more a concept rather than a fixed quantity? It just isn’t real in that sense. So, with that in mind, the only way you can have an infinite universe is if it were to be expanding over an infinite amount of time. Anything less than that would place a limit on its size. In other words, it can never exist as an infinity at any moment in time.
Take a shot half the size of your last shot every time you hear the word infinity.

What if there are no electrons protons photons etc beyond our observable universe? What if gravity does not exist there? What if electromagnetism is not present? What if quantum mechanics is not the same ?

If we accept the universe as being infinite in both in space and time, then we, of course, can find no need for a creator and that all things are natural. This does not mean there can't be extremely intelligent beings. So intelligent as to appear god like. In fact, an infinite universe demands it.
We can contemplate almost everything. However, we can not overtake infinity. Thus we will always be guessing. That is what keeps it interesting.

In a Infinite universe, Not anything and everything would be possible, If this is to suggest Something Impossible, for it is Not possible for there to Not be, what is already actual, Rendering only what is, to be, what is possible, and what is possible, to be.
First of all, there is the Matter of Truth, by which is meant, that nothing can be true and False or anything else about anything, but only either true or False. Therefore, either one speaks of the Same Thing, then there is only one fact about it, and its opposite Options are Impossible, or they are possible, but dont apply to the Same Thing, for it would be Impossible. Hence, there is only one current of fact, meaning Reality and nothing besides it.
This is secondly also necessitated by the fact, that of all that can be spoken of, it is conditioned. And by being conditioned, it ceases to be without its conditions. This is to mean what can be explicated with any example, Like a mug. There being a mug that is Grey, could it Not be equally Red? Or any mug in Future be any color equally, If it is suggested, that in an Infinity, every Option would be possible, Just by being imaginable? Certainly it cannot be so, for the First Point Made would apply, and too would the second, for it is precisely because of the conditions, that a mug, Is both at all and of certain property If any. To now alter the color of the mug, one would need to alter the conditions of it, and since all conditions are without Gap bound and Connected, i.e conditioned, the 'line' of condition is Infinite and completely necessitated and closed. To Change therefore anything would necessitate to Change everything, changing therefore nothing to anywhat.

At Last, the thought of Infinite Repetition can be also understood as Things simply being, for what Always is the same, is simply it. Hence, although we can speak of Infinite repititions as If they would follow each other in Time, they would really only refer to the fact, that that which is, is, and by being, it never is Not, and If experienced, it is so experienced. Hence, it cannot be so concerning Reality in total and itself, but it is indeed interesting to think about the Case, that worlds are created artificialy in which such permutations and Things could be made to be. But this does Not concern the ultimate facts described above, which Makes it much less interesting to think about living in a Simulation inside countless Others, for one can neither escape the Simulation, Nor Reality at all.
Very interesting indeed, for we can ask ourselfs, If it is truly Infinite, how can it Not already have happened, but equally, there must be a time, when it did Not Happen yet, If at all. Hence, it is Impossible to know If or If Not this is a Simulation, but one can know, that the Reality without must be, while the Simulation of what Proportion and origin whatsoever must Not be in the Same way.
This is why I honestly just think our brains and consciousness is limited to think and understand these concepts. Imagine trying to teach a dog about discrete math.
I think its time for human beings to combine and create a brand new method of communication. A new language. Because language itself, split up in its miriad of ways across the planet, is limited. Our thoughts and the ability to visualise and imagine, is the gateway to new understanding. If we can harness it.
