This is my second day doing your work out. I felt so motivated to start this morning. I feel like i accomplished much. Thank you for this very great workout routine. Believe me i have done many this one hits the spot and is low impact. Muah! Much love! 42, overweight and still did it. 😍🤩

Did this workout as a way to get my steps in after a hardcore gym session. I usually do your full body intense workouts, but this workout compensated really well considering that I already trained certain muscle groups in the gym today. Thanks!

I already do strength training, but I feel I need some cardio to help with fat burning, but I have a terrible calcaneal spur, and can't do anything too high impact. This routine works well for me. Thanks!
