  1. You know what I'm just gonna say It. I CAN NOT STAND this guys music.🙄 At some point I had to turn down the volume which made it hard because it was so boring w/o sound. I felt the workout, it was great, but man this 🍑 challenge just plays his songs almost every day.😩 20 – 30 min a day listening to this guy is so irritating. 😭 Day 18 cracked me I guess 😂sorry but I just cant take his music. 😢

  2. i love all your workouts and videos !! but this format of workout is kinda hard to follow and i thought the workout was gonna be 15 minutes but it's actually more… i love the ones with a timer, just letting you know!!

  3. I didn't manage to complete the last two but I did manage to do some of the last one. This workout makes my arms burn and I love the feeling. I think after my current program I might try this one.

  4. Hi! i know this is a 3 year old video but I'm wondering if it's fine ( as a beginner) to use 10lb dumbbells, i see she changes between weights but i only have one pair
