I’ve been on it for a year and I’m 45 years old. I’m in the best shape of my life. I do work out, but I did before on the other diet too Weight loss is truly easy on the carnivore diet. Lots of protein, lots of healthy fat.

  2. Several errors here. First of all sveral carbs fill u up more; just compare to eat a bowl of rice or some potatos compared to lets say same amount of chiken.. Second: several vegetables are carbs, not starchy carbs but fiber-rich carbs. Get you facts straight, before talking like you know something. Go clean ur room and do your homework, son.

  3. Think is eating 500 calories less easier then walking 10k steps to burn 350? No it’s not now yes if you can combine both some way that’s good like eating 400 calories less and walking 3k steps a day to burn 100 calories personally I would just eat less
