Started walking 4 days a week 4 miles each time with a weighted vest now carrying 36 lbs. 63 years old and I feel great. The weight fell off and sleeping is becoming better. Many many benefits include mental for focus and stress relief

Just one caveat, you may not get the Vit D advantage with early morning or late afternoon walks, I understand the sun has to be at minimum 50 degrees altitude.
I walk 7 miles every morning… start at 6 and done by 8. If I skip it I feel like 💩
Starting back walking and I’m on day 5 and I see so much improvement in my anxiety and depression.
I lost 4kg from 78kg in a month just by walking 1 hour to grab my lunch. It’s more effective than running 2-3 times a week

I go to work at 8.30am and start work.. So, I have to walk all day.. I go from department to department collecting files and documents.. My job is office boy.. So I don't have to make tea.. but document sheets, I have to come and go to pick up a file, I don't even have time to sit down.. It's a lot of work.. So I walk from department to department in the same mall.. I want to know if I get a good exercise..😊
