  1. iam exerciseing with a bottle of rice and domino pieces, and for the other arm i use an iron chair that can be folded😭😭😭😭😭What hurts is that I have been working out in the gym for seven months💔💔💔 i'll definitely lose my strength if I continue like this i have to go buy some weights

  2. Excellent video! This was a nice 15 minute workout, I was able to follow along with a 15-lbs kettlebell. I just wish the music didn't have profanity, otherwise this was very nice!
