  1. I just found you by researching the Home Fit Gym.
    I really like the content here . I just started Calisthenics
    and really like it .
    At the 6:14 mark you recommend eating one protein source , one vegetable source and one carb source . I am pretty sure vegetables are considered a carb?
    There seems to be a debate on whether or not carbs are even needed in the diet not alone to build muscle .

Hey Pierre I've been wanting to workout lately but I don't know if I should do split-training or full body, and I also don't know what exercises I should do but I've seen this site called darebee but I'm not sure what type of workout and what workout I should do(I'm a beginner and I need useable muscles and should I also do calisthnetics, Its kinda cool)

  3. I hate to say this, but I don’t care about what I eat anymore, in fact, I actually don’t enjoy food at all, and I’m currently supposed to be on a cut for a boxing match I have in July. All I can really do is keep my protein intake up with the chicken I eat and this video kinda solidified it for me.
