Nba players can do it why cant I or the average person the answer is who really wants who is gonna go the gym 5-6 days a week year round aboud 8-10% of the people that say that is what their goal is….. during the summer the gyms are packed as soon as summer ends people stop going than they turn around looking at the 8-10% of the people that stayed in gym as men that are on gear learn to put the work in 😊
