This could not matter any less, but I'm a huge nerd who loved star wars as a kid and hates it now so here goes. Lightsabers immediately cauterize wounds, preventing blood loss and not allowing for internal bleeding. A knife does not. On the other hand, most Jedi could regulate their bodies to the extent that blood loss from a small knife wound wouldn't really be a problem. Either way, my point is fuck all the people who ruined star wars.
The fire in space was enough to turn my stomach but my wife liked it so we kept watching.

Honestly best Star Wars ever it will go down as the end of it and I’m happy about that. I can’t wait for the studio to pivot to make money so they don’t close down. I will be waiting for you to pander to the people that got this franchise to this point then I’m going to do nothing but eat popcorn and watch the fun. Done and done

I'd typically call BS on all the whinly "oh, no, my balls fell off for there are too many women in the picture at the same time" stuff, but i have to admitt that the show indeed is just … omfg terribly made.
And this – if you care for something like that – is absolutly harmfull to any attempt to depict females as equal human beings. It's just a universal shitshow to everyone.

The show wasn't bad. My problem with the Star Wars community is the same as it is with Dragon Ball and the MCU. Even if the community created their own show or movie they'd find acceptable, they'd still call it trash.

Some times I wonder if they secretly hate women and gay people. Because when the writing is so poor all its does is associate female leads and gay characters with poor writing and producing. Making sure audiences and studio's associate any thing with female leads and gay characters as bad. Its literally like South Park said, make them a chick, make them gay, but make sure to make them lame.
Now image if Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau did this show, other than heavy heavy influence from Samurai movies (which would be awesome) things would have been done so much better. Yeah there would have been tv/movie nonsense logic at times, but they would have done their best to minimize and then move quickly so the audience would want or need to think it about it long if at all. I can already see the first big change, it would the Republic and not the Jedi who came for the girl. To show how the rot and corruption was already in the Republic. That the incompetence and the werid unjust pursuit of the main character could be used to show either said rot/corruption or other forces at work. You could even bring the Jedi in and again use the failings of the Jedi of this era that lead to the fall of the Republic and Jedi Order again be the source of mistakes.

All this guy does is rant about how butthurt he is that there are female characters in leading roles. And yeah every Star Wars film ever made is kind of implausible if you nitpick the plot. I really liked this series. (male here)

The tiny escape pod jettisons and the entire craft gets violently pushed the other direction? I guess the pod is made of osmium, the rest of the craft is made of aerogel, and the pod was ejected ballistically rather than with its own propulsion. Those rockets on the pod are a figment of your imagination. /facepalm
