I belive in unknown lake creatures. But thats almost certainly something man made for whatever reason that found its way into the lake. The "horns" dont resemble anything biological at all. And the face is waaay to wolf/K9 like.

Whatever it was….it wasn't alive. There was no movement…no apparent breathing or gills…no bubbles. It looked fake…. something someone dropped in the water because they think they're funny.
