I'm 15 and cause im not dumb and everyone advocates it, i understand what happens when you train your body. I can do all of the hard variations through pain with good form.

I’m not chasing a body builder body, but rather a strong, lean and flexible one. So perhaps calisthenics, yoga, something else? Do you use any app or follow some personal routine?
