Public safety tip, don't get arrested in Hennepin County.
Talk about suicidal!! There is no reason to stop on the freeway like that!! I don’t even like being on the shoulder,but hogging up nearly 2 lanes of traffic 😳😬 🙄 Look how many LEO’s and tow truck drivers are hit each year. I wouldn’t feel sorry for the idiots who stopped getting hit but it’s always the innocent people driving to work and so on that get hurt.

If you notice it's not the driver that walks away. It's a passenger in the back seat. The driver stays with the vehicle. I can only speculate as to what transpired in the vehicle. It could be that the driver and passenger were arguing and he didn't want to be involved. However, I think it's something else.. I think the back passenger was the problem. Without being in the vehicle at the time, I speculate that the rear passenger got in a disagreement with the passenger and driver. It is possible that rear passenger was abusive or threatening.(speculation). I think this because the rear passenger doesn't exit the vehicle until it crosses the 5 lanes to the shoulder. It is possible that the rear passenger was creating an undesired situation in the vehicle and the driver and passenger wanted him to leave the vehicle right now, but he wouldn't get out. I think this because he was the only occupant to be put in custody by police. However, he simply could've had a warrant or carrying drug paraphernalia. Who knows. It could be 50 different things. Most times it's not what you think.
