  1. By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.

  3. I love those poses! You should have some statues made of you posing! In some of those positions! In a smaller scale, done in clay! That will be cooooool! Not easy to do though! Plus you would get a good workout burn from holding your pose while the artist does you justice!

  4. She's tough and lean and strong and yet she sounds delightfuly sweet and kind, she is, by no means,na muscle freak but rather a gorgeous proof that women can be both powerful and tender
