  1. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For this effective yoga practice and your beautiful presence always. Thank you for the reminder to focus on the breath and to let our thoughts (and any associated pain) be objects that we simply observe and allow to pass by. We are the observer. We are not our thoughts. We are not our pain. 🙏🤍

  2. For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his very mind will be the greatest enemy – Bhagavad Gita 6.6

  3. This was such a beautiful and peaceful session for me. It is June and warm and breezy. I did my session on my balcony this morning. the poses and the mindfulness and choice of words are exactly what I needed today. Thank You 💚

  4. Thank you so much for sharing what you know. This practice helped me so much and my tight hips are stretched. It felt great and I know it has been so good for my body. Thank you for all you do X

  5. I love this class I know I need it because of the discomfort. Using my breath and uji and sighing breath helps a lot. I feel better by the end but need to do it often at the moment. Thank you for sharing boho. Xx

  6. “‘We can’t silence the mind…so the best thing we can do is just be aware.’” Wow. I am constantly trying to force my mind to shut up, but really I am unaware of what my mind is needing to process, heal, and work through. Beware the mind all ye yogis. 😁 Thank you for such a beautiful practice. It felt so amazing:)

  7. I never imagined the release I would have. thank you so much. The tightness in my muscles showed how I hold on to things and people that no longer serve me, and this causes me the same amount of pain that I experience now in my sore glutes and hamstrings. Thank you once again.

  8. I’m not well practiced and I’m extremely tight. So a lot of this was very tough but I feel a slight release in my hips, quads, hamstring and even low back after.

  9. I've been doing pigeon pose for years but wasn't ready for firelog pose. That's what made me cry! Such a release.

How can I best judge this pose as a plus size person? My thighs I think can't physically fit into each other like that.

  10. Thank you for this beautiful and generous practice. Your guidance was exactly what I needed. You truly are a goddess in your practice and it allows me to see the goddess in me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  11. Great yoga and positions, but soo much talking. Had to turn of the sound so many times. Please, just let us stay in the positions and relax there. Don't need so much talking alllll the time

  12. It was a good practice but i was annoyed by how much she talked. She needs to find a better balance of speaking and allowing us to focus. She doesn’t need to fill every second with her dialogue.
