  1. This was great. I'm too worried about my old man knees to do a lot of the equipment leg workouts, especially things like barbell squats. This definitely works the legs, but I didn't injure myself. Thank you for posting this!

  2. Remember, if you find it too easy, make modifications to increase the difficulty:
    Add some dumbbells, resistance bands, or a weight vest.
    Go “ass to grass” on the squats and only come up 2/3 of the way to maintain constant tension.
    Do more forceful donkey kicks.
    Bring your knees and feet together for the glute bridges and really squeeze at the top of the movement.

    If it’s too easy, you made it too easy on yourself.

  3. If I wasn’t committed to the program, I would’ve closed this ridiculously repetitive and monotonous video. The same 5 excersizes over and over again with the same slow song in the background? C’monn, no excuses remember?

  4. I'm 13 years old and a bit overweight. I was surprised i got as far as I did, completing a 20 minute shoulder and chest work out before this one. I'm currently about 10 minutes through and I feel absolute burning but I'm gonna push through for some gains lol
