Minnesota State Troopers stop very bad driver (2021)
State patrol received reports of a wrong way driver. After several minutes of pursuit, the suspect was stopped and arrested (video is obstructed by trees.)

Not so much a "bad driver", as very entitled.(He was later deported to California, whereupon all charges were dropped.)
That first cop made the WORST attempt at trying to stop him.
This video is proof that a LOT of people aren't looking far enough ahead of them when they're driving. Some of those drivers didn't move over until they were mere feet from the oncoming car… how stupid. I look as far ahead as my eyes can focus when I'm driving and I'm already plotting ways around obstacles and danger. People play too many games with their lives on the road.
Why aren't they pitting that car, they waiting for them to hit & kill someone?
Pro tip …if you are trying not to get arrested, don't do anything that makes you stick out.

This person should be removed from our roads and evaluated for competency before ever being allowed to drive again. This is how people get dead.

I remember one time when I pulled up to a stop sign at a one-way street and out of habit, looked both ways. Lucky I did or I would have been hit by a wrong way driver.
This video proves the amount of people are not paying attention when they drive. How do you not see that car barreling toward you!

"bad driver"? If this doesn't warrant a very serious ass beating then nothing does. I would have literally cheered if those cops pulled that dickhead out of that van and beat the ever loving shit out of that person. It's awfully hard to drive like that with two broken legs and a severe concussion.

This is precisely where I'd like to see some of that police brutality. Some people really need to have the sense knocked into them, or the stupid knocked out. There's no way in hell he didn't know what he was doing was wrong.
