I’m watching again now. It’s playing on Youtube. Brilliant movie.
We watched as the U.S. Government went after Gotti, illegally and now, we watch as they’ve allowed our Country to fall into ruins. When we had the Mafia, at least we had some sense of Justice. Now, we have agreements which favor the few but never the people. It’s our own fault.
A lot of the cast appear in many other Mafia movies – miss Tony from the sopranos in this one,

I just couldn't help seeing the parallels between Gotti and Trump.
The villification of the government. The crlebration and the celebrity and the hubris of the man; Thumbing his nose at convention, norms and the Law. Cloistered in his cult of sychophants and hapless believers.
Delaying the Justice deserved. Never addressing the crimes committed but blaming the judges, the system and anyone and everything other than his own crippled personality.
Epilogue fade to black. A shared ending with Gotti. Alone in an Orange jumpsuit. The Orange Jesus. The fitting end to a Con and a Clown.
The 1990s had the biggest and best gangster movies ever like this one Goodfellows, Donnie Brosco, Casino, Heat, A Bronks tale and many more Mafia movies and other great ones like Armageddon and so on, but the 90s definitely had the biggest and best movies in a decade and they will probably be around for ever.
This is the best Gotti movie ever way better than the one with John Travolta that actually sucks.
