  1. I know that this sounds crazy for most of the people, but my workouts are all on an empty stomach in the morning. Just black coffe before workout and i'm always ready to kill. So after workout I am so ready to eat good and big.

  2. First why would I want to consume a whole bunch of fruit which contains sugar and expect a benefit from the fat content in coconut if you get the vast majority of your energy from carbs you're not going to be able to access fats for energy because of higher insulin levels in your body and second inflammation is the body's healing process so why would you want to consume anything for anti inflammatory properties for muscle recovery bad information

  3. Good stuff! My favorite pre-workout meal 90 minutes prior to training is: 200g jasmine rice, 150g chicken, 3g pink salt, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 3-5g coconut oil, and a little G Hughes sugar free ketchup and sweet chili sauce. Intra workout is 1st Detachment Nutrition Field Rations. Great sustainaned pumps and energy for an intense workout.

Pre-workout helps me start strong and the beetroot juice helps you finish strong. I only do this when bulking because it’s disgusting (blending actual beets with water not buying a processed drink).
