  1. She's 100% right on "stress kills." I worked 80 hours a week at a startup with international business travel every 3 weeks. I thought I was invincible. But when a bunch of family members passed away in a short period of time, the stress and exhaustion wrecked my immune system first. Eventually, my heart collapsed.
    I was stuck in bed for over a year. I went from an athletic 185lb guy to an emaciated 130lb Gollum.
    It took about a year and a half to recover. It's important to listen to your body! I found out the hard way.

  4. Long time fan , any tips for rehabilitation , I was in an accident leaving me injured and out of work for almost a year I’ve gained close to 55 lbs . I’m just now starting to walk after Achilles tendon surgery and rotator cuff surgery. Be blessed, keep the information coming🙏

I do miss the intense workouts that go on as long as possible and show what amazing things can be achieved, and where Zuzka is clearly pushing herself to keep going and sweat is streaming off her chiseled form – is Inspiring and reminds us how easy it is to be lazy, but if we just spent that amount of time each day doing what workouts we CAN, we will gradually improve, and it is possible to become a Perfect Human Being like Zuzka! <3
