  3. where does she get her clothes? i love those pants….i know her program says to do it everday but i can only get in 3 days A WEEK…will i still see results? im already fit from years of working out but want more tone

  4. Power Systems makes a tool called the AirRope. It's genius. I use it when I have to skip rope in the house. The balls on the end have a little weight to them, and you don't have to stop because your feet get caught up. Hope that helps. 🙂

  5. she's not lifting weights. just do push ups, and be careful about putting your elbows close to you body as it makes demands on your arms, shoulders and upper back. If you spread your arms too much then you work your pectoral muscles (it's good to lift up your breasts though but you won't get nice cut arms that way). Push ups are da bomb, there are so many variation of them, they're versatile, you can make them easier, or harder, they're like a full body exercise. I'm a sucker for push ups 🙂

  6. Love the addition of music to the workout,really pumps you up .
    However,I have never been able to jump rope. Whenever I try,I trip over as the rope gets tangled around my legs.
    Could you please do a tutorial video in the right form and technique of jumping rope???

  7. Hi Zuzka, I need your advice, my diet is good monday to friday but the weekends are my downfall! I eat takeaways and ice cream and undo all the hard work I did during the week. I work weekends as well and like to grab something quick. Do you have any tips for quick lunchbox ideas, and tips on staying away from takeaways and ice cream! 🙂

  8. I love how this is a full body and cardio workout that you can do when you have very limited space. I workout at home and usually have to move furniture to make space, but not for this workout. Thanks Zuzka for the great workout…it kicked my butt!
