  1. On day 9 of the 2021 weeks shred challenge
    So please keep doing it even tho you don’t see results after few weeks, one or 2 months or even more. If you stop, for sure nothing will change but if you don’t give up on yourself now you will be proud in the future. This is an advice to myself but I hope it will be helpful for you too guys!

    Dia de la rutina N°: 2/30

    Durabte la rutina: Hoy note que me dolio un poco mas el abdomen que ayer, pero es un dolor leve y soportable. Se me hacen algo mas faciles los ejercicios de levantar las piernas.
    Quiero mejorar la técnica de algunos ejercicios.

    ¿Hay cambios notables?: Hasta el momebto nada.
