  1. Im going to check out my HR in the mornings, I have been drinking so much water since I got rid of soda. I feel less sore after workouts!
    I do havw issues with sleep, its getting better with my toddler 😅 but you know babies!
    Love to know since eating so much whole foods for this whole year I'm very regular!

  2. Well I have dull hair, skin and nails, I have stiff joints, I have an irregular hr, I have disturbed sleep, but I am also about half way through menopause. Why is menopause not brought in as a possible cause, instead of labelling people as unhealthy and saying 'just get better sleep' or ' don't get stressed' just isn't helpful for women such as myself struggling with the shitty menopause! I have started going to the gym but I feel like I'm wasting my time because I'm just not seeing changes.

  3. I learning so much from this channel. Do you have any warm up and cool down stretches that are particular to women? I reviewed the one you had for the fit father project but the roller for my chest is awkward along with a few other movements. If you could have a female representative as you explain them, I would greatly appreciate it.
