  1. I am amazed at how incredibly stiff and handicapped i feel hahaha. Only 23 years old and just feel like a rock. I guess lifting weights and running and doing body weights training is really only so meaningful if you are stiff as a rock. I feel much better now that did some stretching!

  3. I have gotten stiff lately – so back to you Josh! I love these dynamic type movements – i have metal in my wrist and knee and just do it like I do! I am amazed i can do these to an extent not as fluid as you …but – thanks; it's like being a kid again!

  5. I’m a novice stretching practitioner, trying to be consistent with it after WODs. Was following along with this, stopped in the middle, connected with the sounds of the woods near me (cicadas, maybe?) and stretched how I felt I needed, listened to my body. One of my first zen stretching sessions where I was guided by what needed the relief, thanks STRENGTH SIDE!!
