  2. Great Video!
Now i can continue to obsessively and excessively eat my 40% fat-dripping Potato crisps every day and sleep tight knowing it was not in this list. 😎 And yes, Potato crisps were originally served as a delicatess disch. 😀

  3. Salt/sodium has zero to do with preserving canned food.
People buy salty food and then salt it, and most people won't buy food that isn't salty. They don't know what hamburger or vegetables tastes like, they mostly taste salt, not beef or potatoes. Even Gordon Ramsey's food looks like it is overly salted.
People come to my home and think the food bland because of minimal salt. When they use table salt at my home they are using potassium sold as "no salt". Can't cook with it as it loses flavor and even at the table it's flavor is temporary, but that is ok when eating it immediately anyways.
You can buy low sodium canned soup, and safely eat the entire can and be under 1g of sodium. Canned veggies with "no salt added" only have 10mg of sodium making them still safe and nutritious. I still rinse them and never cook them in the fluid they are canned with.
I like fresh and frozen but still keep these alternatives around.
I meal prep and keep a freezer full of delicious and nutricious home made dinners available, but like the options.
Try eating fresh corn on the cob uncooked. It is as sweet as candy.
The more a person eats without any salt added whatsoever, the more they begin tasting food for what it is supposed to taste like.

  4. Almost all mainstream healthy eating advices are lies. Anyway i use to put banana in my protein shake and i realize i didnt absorb the protein and thus loosing muscle mass and so i stopped.

  5. That's non-organic farm raised salmon. Organic farm raised salmon cannot add that dye for the color. As well, wild salmon levels have gotten so incredibly high in mercury that many nutritionists believe that organic farm raised salmon is actually healthier.

  6. Got it…banana is the devil…let's focus on that knowing that reality is ,cola, fast food, pizza, store cookies, doughnuts and French fries floating on cheap oil used and reused until black😂 but sure..it's a banana to blame

  7. Because greed and corruption has taken over, and the people that are supposed to protect the masses (government) have also succumbed to greed and corruption! People need to stop supporting greedy corporations by refusing to buy their products!
