  1. Can you please suggest how we should wash our face incl. our eyes that doesn't cost anything. Just about everything you recommend costs money except the eye massage. In fact I would love to see you do a whole video on natural DIY eye hygiene and maintenance that is geared for seniors and low income people. Surely there is an eye wipe we can make at home from ingredients we probably have on hand. "We can't eat eye wipes! I love your videos and your energy, but I just can't afford most of the things you recommend. I am holistic and don't shop in drug stores. Up here in Canada I can get free eye medicine, free eye surgery, free eyeglasses, and yes, even free narcotics and cannabis. However, anything natural is forbidden is not covered. No eyedrops for dry eyes, no wipes, no eye masks, no blue light blocking glasses etc. And of course no lutein or any other vitamins or supplements of any kind. This is a serious request. Most of us have never recovered since Covid ended. Now we have a new pandemic coming…the Bird Flu. So what do you say….will you help us look after our eye health on a budget?

  2. I just had lasik a month ago. I am seeing a pimple on the inside of my eyelid. I tried the hot compress method, it hasn’t gone away, but also hasn’t gotten worse. Suggestions? Maybe oil gland blockage? Any OTC stuff to treat it?

  3. “Tightlining” with eyeliner can cause dry eye. A lot of women use an eyeliner along the waterline and also smudge it between their eyelashes to make their eyes look more intense. I don’t think it’s a problem if you do it every now and then, but some women do it daily.

  4. Do healthy people experience dry eyes in the morning? Once I woke up without feeling sand in my eyes and thought that healthy people most likely do not experience similar symptoms.

  5.
