  1. I'm 61 and the key is essentially daily exercise, but the most important factor is eating a healthy diet (easy on the salt and sugar in-take) and as well as meditation and sleeeppppp.! Thats all!

  2. Now, that's impressive! I am less impressed with 20-30 year old guys showing off their exercise and muscle prowess in the gym. Of course, they can look like that. They are young, and they are loaded with testosterone. Duh!

  3. Yup. Very good. Message to the young folks out there; if you want to look good as you get older, don't let yourself go to hell at any time of your life. Sure, there are examples of folks who erased a lot of fat and wrinkles and skin and look good, but MOST people cannot reverse time even if you put a lot of time and effort (and even money) into it. Your best bet is to be fit when you are young and stay active and fit as you age.

  4. I remember when the interviewer, Dan Harris, had a panic/anxiety attack, live in air that was induced by his use of cocaine, in the PAST, and spoke about it on Rogan's podcast. It was actually pretty informative when he explained how bad he was getting at the time, and it resonated really well with me because of my past cocaine/alcohol addictions. Love this guy.

  5. Let me tell you, people, something and listen well. You can exercise eat well drink well until you are blue in the damn face and guess what you still get old and that is the bottom line. I boxed and I body build and was always eating well and drank lots of water and so on. This is what people don't understand, you are dealing with muscle tissue and flesh and all that shit gets old. Let me explain something to all exercise freaks out there, when you put meat in the refrigerator or freezer and what happens, the meat is frozen or kept cold in order to preserve it and
keep it from getting old and deteriorating correct. So what makes an individual think that you can prevent your human body from getting old and the flesh will stay fresh and young forever. Even iron and steel get old and weak and all we can do as individuals is try to maintain and that's all. We as individuals got to understand, all human beings' bodies do not age the same and that is a fact, for example, light skin people
and white people age quick and they got to eat well and exercise a lot in order to try to slow down their aging process and try to maintain a longer life span.
