  2. After 21day program I don't know have I lost weight because I haven't weighed myself and didn't payed attention what I eat.
    BUT
    I have TONED my muscles on LEGS, SHOULDERS, BACK and CHESTS.
    I have also INCREASED my ENDURANCE.
    1st thanks to my wife who suggested me to do some workout on our vacation and who worked out with me this whole program and 2nd thanks to BULLYJUICE the only trainer who gives us great workout plans 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
