There have been 5 TV series called the invisible Man, there was a 1958 British series common and also a 1984 BBC adaptation of the original novel shown on Sunday afternoon
5:12 away back when Comic Con wasn’t as nuts as it is now, I got to meet the cast of The Invisible Man. They were so sweet. Vincent Ventresca was seriously so kind.
Firefly is still my all time favorite tv show ever since I saw it in the late 2000's. I saw Serenity first not knowing it was based on a tv show. I even watched the special features and was confused how they kept referring to a tv show. Then a couple of years later, I figure it out and get the Firefly DVD's from Netflix. Then I later bought the Blu-Ray box set when that came out. I'd buy a 4k box set if they remastered it, though would want them to also reskin all the digital effects since those are at 480p resolution.
I didn't even know about Firefly until after I saw the movie Serenity. Then I bought the DVDs and got so mad that the show was canceled before I even got to know about it. So much potential!
Wait, did the invisible head happen in Invisible Man or in Farscape, cuz I just watched the video that included Farscape, and that entire section about the invisible head, word got word, was used. I'm guessing you're using AI and not checking before uploading
i just recently found Jeremiah while scrolling threw old shows for something to watch, it is actually really good. And all these year later i am still pissed about FireFly
Good list. It's unfortunate that there are soooo many more that you pretty much can never have all of them covered. (Special Unit 2, BOLO, Time Trax, Space Rangers, Secret Identity and if you want a non-scifi too: The Defenders)
Dark Angel Season 2 was trying to be Buffy without understanding what made that show work. Max's got her own little scooby-gang, you had monster of the week episodes, but none of the humor that Buffy did have. It also didn't help that some of the story lines (the virus for instance) were trash
The poor general opinion of sci fi as "low brow" or "nerdy" drives nails into coffins, sadly. Out of Gas is one of the best pieces of television ever, and I'll never get over the loss of Fireflym
Dark Angel also got cut because the WWF sued them over one of their wrestlers (Lita/Amy Dumas) getting injured doing a stunt on the show and was sidelined for over 6mo
The shenanigans with firefly, dark angel, dollhouse Lucifer and a number of other shows was a good reason not to trust fox when it comes to scripted shows.
Firefly Episode 7 was my favorite. "He robbed from the rich and he have to the poor. Stood up to the man and he have him what for. Our love for him now it ain't hard to explain. The hero of Canton the man they call Jayne."
Jessica Alba 😊
21:00 however, have I not heard of any of these other than Dark-angel?
9:12 The effects weren’t very good (maybe they were better in comparison at the time?), how did it cost $1M per episode?
lol highwayman i just remember the helicopter.

$1 mil per episode? Why?! Probably cost a ton less today. I loved Jeremiah and Dark Angel!

Who Monitors the Birds?
Big damn heroes, sir.

Definitely Firefly
Stargate Universe…. and i'm not even a fan of the stargate franchise overall, but that show had me.
I hope a pack of Reavers find the Fox execs that cancelled Firefly. Long live the browncoats!

Honorable mention for Terra Nova 😢
Genius time! Series I think ended too soon: Numb3rs, the Pretender, (it's near clone) John Doe.
Um… okay not all genius based tv shows: New Amsterdam (2008), Journeyman.
Ah, heck let's make it an even 6: Threshold
Recorded with a potato. Alien Nation ruled!

Small, very important point.. Jacko played Australian Rules football, not rugby.

You forgot the tv show surface 2005 and journeyman.
Angel. How do you end a series like that? If they were going to do that, there were so many other times they could have ended it.
Dark angel was great . I recorded it and watch episodes twice back to back
You need to add Terra Nova to this list
Jeremiah is still one of my favorite shows ever. Great acting, Great writing. R.I.P Perry and Warner.
Space Precinct was a good series. I loved it.
I loved Invisible Man

Mark [Jacko] Jackson was an AFL [Australian Football League] player. Not rugby.
