  3. they were all really good, but the one with the ball would be very difficult for people that don't have flexibility in the hips regardless of their core strength , while trying to stand up….. I teach yoga and I still have problems getting low because of my stubborn hips that refuse to get more flexible….. Great moves! My core is sore just watching!!!! lol Thanks!

I think you look amazing and you for sure are in very good shape,your strong and lean and I would love to look like this, I exercise as well but not to this extent, what I believe is if you push your self to hard every day to this extent it will catch up to you as you get older, to much wear tare on your joents, I don't think it's necessary to push your body to hard, but you do look very good..
