  3. Hey Z, are you still intermittent fasting? Some of the 'experts' or renown users are suggesting that this practice can impact muscle retention after age of 40. I suppose those like yourself that are very consistent with exercise may be less impacted.

  9. Hi Zuzka, what time of the day do you normally work out? Asking because I would like to start intermittent fasting and If i work out at 7.30 till 9am do I need to start eating latest 1hour post workout to feed the muscle? this would mean 10am-6pm eating window?

  11. Must be nice, the beaches at Tahoe. Almost forgot I've tried the cold shower thing quite a few time. Tough at first but the water heats up after a minute and then when finished I turn the hot water off for a minute. That would be nice diving in Tahoe for a minute. I know that water is cold

  16. Awesome to see this I also follow alot of these life styles but very rare as people don't want to have the discipline of do the hard work hence why we have so many overweight unhealthy population its sad
